My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a Chow mix. He has lived at the Old Bridge Animal shelter for over a year. As is common with the breed, Lucky can be independent and obstinate but also loyal and protective. His protective nature is obvious through his dominant behavior. He has a history of showing aggression and for that reason, cannot be placed in a home with children or teens. Lucky’s potential owner MUST be familiar with this breed and learn to read his signs when he dislikes something.

Lucky is a very handsome 5 year old male. He is neutered. Lucky is a very good boy, he is fully house trained, walks beautifully on a leash, knows several commands and loves going on long walks or hiking. Lucky has lived with cats and is tolerant of other dogs, but may prefer to be the only pet in the house. He is extremely reserved. Lucky does not play ball or tug of war.
