You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

There were four of us who were running around a backyard, unsheltered, unfed and uncared for.  A kind lady let us stay with her and she found a good shelter to take care of us while we are looking for a home.  I am a gentle, laid back kitty, a little shy but willing to make the effort to get to know you.  I love to be petted, love tummy rubs and adore head tickles.  I will need time to settle in when going to a new home but I am very loving and it won't take me long to orient myself.  Hoping for a chance to love and be loved!

About Cats in the Cradle

About Our Rescue Group...

Cats in the Cradle is a no-kill rescue organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of feral, stray and special needs cats and kittens. We are supported by an all volunteer network. While in our care, cats receive nutritious food, medical care and affection until they are placed in permanent homes. CITC is actively involved in spay and neuter initiatives to achieve zero population growth.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our kitties can be seen at the Alpharetta PetSmarts located at Northpoint Mall. CITC has cats residing at this location at all times. We hold regular adoptions for these and our shelter cats and kittens on every Saturday and Sunday at this PetsMart location. Adoptions and kitty introductions are also done during the week by appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

An application must be competed and submitted. Once the information has been reviewed and the application approved, an adoption agreement is signed. A copy of the agreement along with the animal's medical record is given to the adopter.
