Kiki is a stunning 1.5 year old, 35 pound mix breed. We think she might be part Pit Bull, but not sure what she is mixed with because of her small size. This beauty is full grown and only stands about shin high. This sweet girl gets along perfectly with other dogs of all sizes and ages. She does fine with cats and livestock. She has very good manners and LOVES her people. She may get excited on occasion and jump up but it’s rare. She is great with children, even very small ones (her current foster home includes a 2 & 8 year old). She is very gentle with the children, she crawls on her belly when she approaches them and takes treats gently. She loves to play outside with the kids; she jumps on the trampoline with them and climbs up the ladder so she can go down the slide (it’s a short one) with them, too! Her favorite past times are walks outside, swimming in the pond, and cuddling on the couch for movie night. She is 100% house trained, crate trained, knows to “sit”, “down”, and “come” from far off just at the sound of a whistle and her name. Although Kiki is crate trained she has free run of the house both night and day. Kiki rides well in the car and is an excellent watch dog. She sounds the alarm at new vehicles but is not aggressive. She is as faithful and loyal as they come. Kiki is just a fun loving, wiggly, cuddle bug! Everyone who meets her loves her!

About Humane Tomorrow

About Our Rescue Group...

Humane Tomorrow is a non-profit 501(c), all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of unwanted and abused animals in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. We are also committed to spay/neuter assistance and education to companion animal guardians.

We do not have a shelter, so all animals in our program are placed in temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do not have a shelter but you can learn more about us by visiting "Humane Tomorrow."

We have Adopt A Pets on the second and forth Saturday each month at

Petsmart in Flower Mound.

Address;

6060 Long Prairie Road (Hwy. 2499)

Flower Mound, Texas 75028

We also have AdoptAPurrs (cats only) at Petsmart each Sunday AFTER an Adopt A Pet.

Going North on Hwy.2499, the Petsmart will be on the right,
just before Justin Road (FM407)

You can see all our animals there or, if you find an animal you just can't wait to see, call or E-mail for an appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$120 for kittens & cats
$140 for declawed cats
$100 for senior cats (10 yrs +)

Dogs:
$200 for puppies and dogs
$175 for senior dogs (senior depends on breed and size)
Note that some dogs may have higher adoption fees if they are very adoptable or "designer" breeds

This adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.

Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
