URGENT!!!! WILL BE PUT DOWN IN THE SHELTER! Sweet, sweet Ripley has been at Cabarrus County Animal Shelter for exactly 56 days now waiting for her furrever family. We love her dearly, but unfortunately, the longer she stays here, the fewer lives we are able to save. Is there anyone out there that can open there home to this sweet girl? She is desperately searching for a furrever family of her own, a rescue that can help place her or a foster family that can love her until her furrever family is found. Ripley is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative and current on monthly heartworm/flea prevention. Adoption/rescue pull fee covers all vetting that she has had at the shelter. She is a petite, little girl at only 43 pounds, but she has a big personality! She is a bouncy girl with a lot of energy, but we think she will settle down once she finds her people. She goes on daily walks, but she will need someone strong to work with her on leash training. Ripley has done well with other dogs at the shelter with proper introductions and a decompression phase (pictures included). She is a talkative girl that will carry on a full conversation with you! Can everyone, PLEASE share?
We pull urgent dogs off of death row, vet them and then look for adopters for these animals. We predominantly pull from high kill rural shelters in North Carolina. We have a foster network in North Carolina where the majority of out animals are located.
Our Adoption Process...
Adoption application, phone or face-to-face interview, reference checks and home visit required. Contract at the time of adoption. Adoption fee is $150 for adults $250 for puppies and all dogs come spayed/neutered, UTD on shots, HW tested and microchipped.
