BAILEY - ID#A243025

 

Bailey is a beautiful girl with a heart of gold. She has the most adorable floppy ears and cutest tail wags in the whole world! Bailey's angelic eyes communicate such a connection with her people, with all of those around her. She is a lovely girl filled with so much joy. Bailey is a little aloof when you first meet her, but don't let that fool you ~ this girl is affectionate & charming too! She likes other dogs and is polite & quiet around them.

 

I am a spayed female, gray and white pit bull terrier.

 

I am estimated to be about 7 years old.

 

I weigh approximately 60 pounds.

 

I have been at the shelter since 10/14/2016.

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people dedicated to rescuing dogs from crisis situations, some of which include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of abuse, or "free to a good home" ads, which result in dogs being bounced from one home to another, or being acquired by animal brokers ("bunchers") and sold to research laboratories where they are used for testing then discarded ("cruelty industries").

NBCR&P works primarily with 5 herding breeds, and herding breed mixes. On occasion, NBCR&P also rescues and places other breeds. We foster our dogs in a home environment, rather than a kennel, if at all possible. We take pride in our promise that at any time and for any reason in the dog's life, if the need arises, he or she has a safe place with us ("return to rescue" policy).

Dogs are spayed or neutered,current on all shots, tested negative for heartworm disease, and microchipped.
