Milo - 8525

Eva Devin Said:  Milo is the greatest! He is a big lap dog and is happy to get hugs and kisses. He loves his walks and is very good on leash. He's a volunteer favorite for sure.

He has been at NCAS since last August waiting patiently for his forever home. Milo loves treats, walks and even plays with other dogs in playgroup. This goofy guy previously lived with a small dog, he is house trained and just look at that pibble smile. Our volunteers take him home to relax some days and they say he loves car rides and once he is done exploring he lays down and naps in the sun.

Hi! I am Milo and I love everyone I meet. I will greet you happily with a giant tail wag and I will lean in for affection. I have great leash manners and do a happy hop when I am excited. I already know the sit and stay commands. I take treats very gently. I love riding in the car and I hope to be your co-pilot. I hope to meet you soon. Please come ask for Milo!

About North Bay Canine Rescue & Placement

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of people dedicated to rescuing dogs from crisis situations, some of which include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of abuse, or "free to a good home" ads, which result in dogs being bounced from one home to another, or being acquired by animal brokers ("bunchers") and sold to research laboratories where they are used for testing then discarded ("cruelty industries").

NBCR&P works primarily with 5 herding breeds, and herding breed mixes. On occasion, NBCR&P also rescues and places other breeds. We foster our dogs in a home environment, rather than a kennel, if at all possible. We take pride in our promise that at any time and for any reason in the dog's life, if the need arises, he or she has a safe place with us ("return to rescue" policy).
