This girl just came into us. she is a very sad case of neglect and needs to loose about 5 pounds. she is very obese. she also is so scared that she just lays in her bed with her head buried in the bed. she just needs an older couple or one person that will give her time to adjust and not expect much right away that will be gentle and kind to her. she came to use smelling like urine and has since had a bath and clean up. she has had all her shots, hw negative and microchipped and we have an appointment for next thursday for her teeth cleaning as well this is all included in your adoption fee of $100. you can take her now as long as you are able to bring her to haltom city vet for her appointment our rescue will be paying for her appointment :). please lets get her some love and in a stable home so she can spend christmas with a true family. this girl just breaks your heart. she is 5 years old. she weighs 12 pounds and should weigh about 7. she is very quiet and has never attempted to bite

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxie, a haslet Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in haslet, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in haslet.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in haslet already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a haslet breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in haslet paves the way for another one to be saved.
