Pilgrim's favorite thing to do is be goofy. He enjoys playing with you and trying his best to please you. Due to his previous life before coming here he is scared of men. He will cower and run away barking. We have male staff here and he does better each and every day with them. With the proper introductions with men he can learn to trust again.
We are a non-profit organization completely dependant upon donations. We are a no-kill shelter and only euthanize in extreme medical or behavioral cases. Our goal is to find safe and loving home for all of the animals within the shelter.
Come Meet Our Pets...
You can find most all of our pets at the shelter. Some are located in foster homes so you would have to make a special request to see those particular pets.
Our Adoption Process...
1. Decide on an animal 2. Complete an adoption application 3. Have your references checked, especially your vet! 4. Pay the adoption fee and sign the contract 5. Take your new pet home!
