Darling Sushi is a wonderful 9 year old pug with a plushy black coat and a loving personality. Like all pugs, she likes to be with her people to be petted and to have snuggle time on the couch. She also has a spry side to her and loves romps in the yard, walks around the neighborhood and playtime with stuffed toys. She is house trained and likes her crate, often going into it on her own. At the moment Sushi is too rolly poly and is on a weight loss program with smaller feedings of quality food, very limited treats and increased walk time. Her new owners ought to be committed to continue this so she will regain her svelte figure and have optimal senior years. In addition she will require regular cleaning of her nose folds, daily administration of eye drops and a cool environment in summer.   If you are seeking an easy to live with little companion, Sushi may just be your gal.

This organization is run entirely by volunteers and we try our best to save as many homeless dogs as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find at: www.rosieanimaladoption.org . You will be contacted only if you are a suitable match. Rosie Animal Adoption does not have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved, or at adoption clinics. If you have any questions, please email us at rosieadoption@hotmail.com . All family members must be present at time of adoption. Please note, we do not adopt strays to families with children under 12.
