Built like a linebacker with a giant head, Marvin looks like one tough tomcat. But should a stranger appear he hides under the nearest furniture. If you're meeting him for the first time, don't worry! All you have to do is start petting his big head and he'll be out and on your lap in seconds. This mighty, meaty, fraidy tom is just a big, giant mush!
Shy, tough-looking Marvin is a closet lap-cat. He absolutely craves affection. He likes his food but sometimes he likes pets even better. He was thrown outdoors with a litter of siblings when whoever owned them was evicted from an apartment. He survived taking scraps under cars for at least a couple of years. People were probably mean to him, judging from his timidity, but his need for human companionship never left him and he will make some lucky person a very loving companion.
Marvin is two years old and would be best as a single cat.
Marvin is a healthy, FIV+ cat who requires no special care. Read why FIV+ cats make great pets. http://www.vetstreet.com/our-pet-experts/why-this-vet-thinks-fiv-positive-cats-make-great-adoptees
Marvin is neutered, vaccinated, and FeLV negative.
