Annie's Story...
Annie wandered in someone's garage and the people locked her in because they wanted her and the mom plus three siblings removed from their property. We were able to get Annie and we saw her mom and siblings only one other day, but we tried so hard to rescue the entire family. We believe mom got spooked that her baby was locked up for a day and took off with her remaining babies. We couldn't get straight answers from the property owners or surrounding neighbors. It saddens us that we didn't get the whole family. Annie was just 2 mos old when caught. Not much older now and a real sweetheart. She loves attention and purrs instantly when she gets some and as a typical kitten loves to play. She is adorable and a bit too curious for her own good, which is probably how she got seperated from her family. Regardless, this little cutie deserves a forever family that will keep a close eye on her, as she lost her feline family so young. Adoption Fee $75

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Annie, a Denver Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
