Shelly is beautiful tiger striped girl with adorable big eyes and ears! She loves to be around people. She has a wonderfully loud purr, especially when being brushed. Yes, really, she LOVES to be brushed and will actually come running to you if she sees the brush!! She is a very sweet girl who will carry on a conversation with you. She came to us as a very young mother with her kittens, who have all found their fur-ever homes. Shelly has been adopted before, but really needs a home without other animals.  Shelly has also had some litter box issues in the past.  This only happened in one previous home and since being placed on anti-anxiety medication, she has had no problems in her current foster home.  Again, Shelly would do best in a home with no other animals.  We feel she would make a really great companion in an older household. Right now she's just looking for that special someone who can understand her needs.

This pet has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received a rabies vaccination along with all other age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

About G.R.A.S.P., Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
