Legend is a quirky and independent Australian Shepherd that is almost 4 years old! His birthday February 27, 2013. He definitely has the herding instinct and loves to chase his big red ball all across the yard. He has been through several training programs and was in agility training. He was on track to become a therapy dog to go to nursing homes and hospitals but he tends to bark when he idles too long in new places. He knows how to sit, weave, stay, wait, shake, lay down, speak, catch, and many agility commands. He will pee on command...lol. Be prepared to groom and brush this big boy regularly! He is VERY gentle with everyone and everything. Friendly with cats and children but if someone starts running he may chase them. He enjoys sleeping on the porch on cool days but is an indoor dog. Legend is a happy boy that would love an active family. He is fostered in Huntsville, AL. He is heart-worm negative, up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped!
