Beautiful Bernie is an almost 2 year old Poodle mix who has found herself in need of a loving new family. She was brought to the shelter when her previous owners had a major lifestyle change and were no longer able to care for her. She is a very sweet girl, and loves to be held and snuggled. She lived with cats and a rabbit in her previous home, and just wanted to play with them! She is also great with kids of all ages. She has been fine with the other dogs here around her size, and would be happy to have a playmate in her new home. Bernie knows her basic commands, has been trained to use a doggy-litterbox (but will need reminders in a new home), and is kennel trained as well. She is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet this darling today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.
