Hi, my name is Denver and I am nearly 8 months old. I did have a family but they did not want me any more so they dropped me off at the pound. There's nothing cuter than a Cocker puppy but I guess they didn't realize that I was going to grow up. You know I'm a hunting dog and I have lots of energy and need to run. I was sad when they left me but I know that the people here will make sure that my forever home knows all about Cockers. I am a very happy boy and love to play with all the other dogs. When I wiggle, I don't just wiggle my tail, I wiggle my whole body. I'll need LOTS of walks and exercise every day and I'd really like to go to obedience classes so that I can know what you expect of me. Don't forget that to keep me looking handsome, I need regular brushing and trims from time to time. And, if you know all about Cockers, you know that you will need to clean my ears often -- don't worry, I'm a good boy and sit very quietly.
