Piper's Story...
Piper is a Pit Bull puppy that we estimate to be around 11-12 weeks old! She is all puppy and while she loves to play, after playing she loves nothing more than to bury her head in your arms and fall asleep. Piper lives with two dogs and two kids in her foster home and does great with each of them. We have noticed that she likes to follow the other dogs around and looks to them for guidance. Piper would love a home where she can be socialized (perhaps with a fur-sibling), receive daily exercise, continued training and a fenced yard to run and play in. She is being crate trained and is very good about going to the bathroom when she goes outside. Piper has received her first round of shots and will be micro-chipped and spayed before her adoption is finalized. If you are interested in meeting Piper, complete an application and someone will be in touch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piper, a Lincoln Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Lincoln, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Lincoln.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincoln already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincoln breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincoln paves the way for another one to be saved.
