Sammie is a 8 yo, Lhasa Apso mix, who is looking for a special family to give him the love and attention he deserves. He’s smaller dogs friendly, likes most cats and would most likely do best with older kids. He walks well on a leash, housetrained and good being handled and groomed. He loves to snuggle and has such a warm, affectionate disposition.

Sammie was surrendered to the vet for euthanasia due to skin allergies. Luckily the vet knew this loving sweet boy's history, and also knew that they could not give up on him! Sammie does require a special diet and daily medication for his allergies, and daily drops to treat dry eye. Don't let that deter you, because he has tons of love and life to give!
