Zeta is a 4-year-old spayed female husky who was taken from her owners because of neglect. The shelter called us because Zeta tested positive for heartworm and, if a rescue didn't take her, she was scheduled to die in a gas chamber! The shelter staff told us that Zeta was too sweet and they didn't want to euthanize her so we decided to give her another chance.

Zeta has had a rough go of things medically but she has received her last heartworm treatment and she is ready to find a new, permanent home. Could it be yours? Zeta is a dominant female and would do best in a home without another female dog. She is a very affectionate girl and loves attention. Zeta is very agile and a SIX FOOT FENCE will be required in her new home. Invisible fences are not acceptable for this breed.

If you would be interested in adopting Zeta, click here for our online adoption application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required.
