Bailey's Story...
Meet Bailey! This cutie is a 4 month old shepherd mix. She is already spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home. She is an active pup and loves to run around in the fenced yard and kick back in the evening for some bone chewing. She is making great strides with crate training and housebreaking and should have that down in no time.

Bailey is eager to find her forever home so send us a message today and come see what a fun loving pup she is!

An adoption fee of $250 includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm preventatives if appropriate, and all medical costs while in our care.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please visit our website and fill out an application online at www.familyadditiondogrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Charlotte German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
