Neville's Story...
Neville is a young, black and white, domestic short hair kitten. Neville and his 7 siblings were enrolled into our adoption program by their rescuer, who took in a very pregnant stray kitty! She didn’t know what to do when her new cat had 8 kittens! Luckily, we were able to help! Neville is the calmest of his siblings. He cries and cries for attention! Neville loves to be cuddled and petted. He is an extremely sweet kitten, and he's always purring. Neville also loves to run! When he gets the chance, he will dart! He chases after anything and everything. He chases his siblings, he chases his toys, he chases his foster friends, and his human foster brother as well! Neville is the fastest of the other kittens, and he tries to beat everyone else to the food bowls, especially if he's getting his favorite treat, canned food! Neville is healthy, neutered, up to date on his vaccinations and microchipped! He'd be happy in a home with other cats or even dogs, and he'd get along fine with children! If you're interested in adding a sweet and fun kitty to your family, please fill out an adoption application today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Neville, a Baytown Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Baytown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Baytown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baytown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baytown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baytown paves the way for another one to be saved.
