Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet boy found his way to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control as a stray. His county foster gave him a glowing evaluation so we decided to help him find his forever home.
Maury is a low key, well behaved 9 year old miniature pincsher and while in his county foster he lived with a pack of grumpy large senior ladies and a sassy little chi/terrier 2 year old and got along great with all of them. Maury is great on a leash and enjoys taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood. He absolutely loves dinner time and gobbling up snacks and his absolute favorite thing is snuggling up on the couch and burrowing under blankets. Maury will happily sleep in bed with you if you let him but will also make himself at home in a comfy dog bed. He's does well at bath time, for ear cleanings and nail trimming. He's really just a low maintenance kind of guy that just wants to be near his people. At a recent vet appointment, we did find out that Maury has a cataract in his left eye which has him blind in that eye and he does have a small cataract in the right eye.
Let us know if you have room in your heart and home for Maury.
