Hello my name is Scooter. What’s yours? Nice to meet ya!
Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? As soon as you adopt me, I’ll be on my way to you!
I am a Lab/Beagle mix. (Yes, that’s what we think.) I am 17 months old and I weigh 55 lbs. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered. YIKES!
Wanna hear more about me? OK, here goes! I'm a love bug and want all of your attention. I love to be hugged and get lots of kisses on my sweet face. I'm a big baby and will want to sit in your lap – p-l-e-a-s-e! I’m very friendly and will greet company with a wag of my tail and a big smile. Pretty good so far, huh?
Can you stand hearing more about me? I need a family with lots of energy. My favorite games are tug of war and chase the ball, any ball. I love tennis balls and basketballs. I love any rubber toy that squeaks. I don't mind the rain and enjoy splashing thru water.
I have been raised with cats so I won't bark or chase them, I know better, but I WILL take their toys. HA! Silly cats! In my current home, I am trained to sleep in an enclosed area with the use of a baby corral.

My adoption fee is $650 USD and includes my vetting, neutering, microchip, health certificate, travel crate AND transportation on United Airlines from Houston, TX to areas in the Northeast U.
