Cleo's Info...

Cleo's Story...
She was left along side the road....and everyone passing by wondered just what she sat there waiting for until finally someone who passed by on the third day to see her still at the same spot stopped and she got right into their car. But they could not keep her and it was her fate to be taken to a kill shelter.

Our email read- can you please take her. She is so sweet and gentle. Good with other dogs and even cats. She has no time life and the volunteers are in love with her. That's all I needed to hear. People who knew her loved her and it meant we could not pass this rescue up!

Cleo is thought to be around a year old, she is 47lbs, has been brought current on all vaccines and spayed. She is ready to find a place to call her HOME

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleo, a Mount Holly Retriever (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Mount Holly, or seeking a Retriever (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Mount Holly.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Holly already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Holly breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Retriever (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Retriever (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Holly paves the way for another one to be saved.
