My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

March is a 2 year-old, 20 lb girl who was rescued from a kill shelter in Korea.

She is currently under foster care in a group home setting where she gets along great with other dogs. She may seem a bit shy at first and needs a little time to open up to people. Once she does, she is the sweetest girl you will ever meet!

Prior to rescue, many of our dogs have experienced minimal socialization and it takes time for them to learn about life as a family pet. Common skills such as house training and leash walking may often take a little extra time. Patience, understanding and a gentle hand are a must. The great news is, most of these dogs come around rather quickly and being a part of their rehabilitation is an extremely rewarding experience.
We typically do not adopt to homes with children under 8 years old.
A home check is mandatory before adoption.

March is currently in Korea. We plan on bringing her to Northern Virginia in late December upon finding a perfect home for her.

If interested in March, please email us with a little info about you, your family, your other pets, your experience as a dog owner (which breed, etc.), where you live (which city, home or apt?), etc. including telephone number. Thank you.
