Waffles's Story...
This is Waffles.   She is the sister to Hope.  She is approximately 9 weeks old, and is extremely playful.  Just like Hope, she loves to chase her sister, and enjoys scratching posts, Cat trees, laser pointers, toy mice, balls, trash, and anything that moves when she touches it.  She is a cuddle bunny and at the end of the day she enjoys to lay on her people.  She loves to explore, and will play until a cat nap is most necessary.  She will be missed by her foster family, but will most enjoy a forever home.  She gets along well with cats and kittens, but has not had any exposure to small children or dogs.  She is currently eating Purina One Kitten food as well as Purina Kitten Chow. Waffles habeen spayed, dewormed, FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV tested, and flea treated.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Waffles, a Vacaville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vacaville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Vacaville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vacaville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vacaville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vacaville paves the way for another one to be saved.
