Vinnie's Story...
3 of 3 brothers

These 3 brothers were born to a “neighborhood” cat and were living outside with their mom.  They were only about 5 weeks old when they came to live with us.  They have all adjusted well to being part of a family.  All of them love hanging out with you and enjoy their time on your lap.  They are litter box trained and haven’t had any accidents.  We do have a smaller house and have two boxes just to make sure they always know there is one close by until they get a little older.

Vinnie (little one – white nose) is careful and cautious.  He will lay on your lap and take a nap for as long as you let him.  He is the biggest snuggle bug.  He does have his crazy play times as well.

All of the kittens are dog exposed (we have a bulldog).   They still aren’t sure what to think of her – she doesn’t give them the time of day.  They still keep an eye on her but aren’t fearful.  We also have an adult cat they have learned to deal with (she doesn’t like to share).   They are currently fed Science Diet kitten food.

The boys are available 6/28/2013

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Vinnie, a Vacaville Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vacaville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Vacaville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vacaville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vacaville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vacaville paves the way for another one to be saved.
