Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing Murphy! He is a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog, 2 years old, will turn 3 next month. He was recently neutered and had bilateral entropion repair of his eyes. Doing well. Otherwise healthy. Friendly, gentle, calm, and very affectionate. Extremely social. Does not want to be alone. Wants to be with his people all the time. The ideal home for him would be where he is NEVER left alone (a stay at home mom, or somebody who works from home, or someone retired.) Has separation anxiety. Great in the house as long as people are with him. But would be destructive if left alone. (In his desperation to get to you!) House trained. Walks well on a leash. Great with children, even young ones. Great with other dogs and great with cats. Needs a loving home who understands his special need for companionship! Rescued from an Amish "breeder" in OH (aka puppy mill operator) ~~ NOTE: A securely fenced yard is required for ALL dog adoptions. No shock collar systems!
