IDGSR WELCOMES COAL INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE !!!!
Coal is a very handsome Black German Shepherd who is 1 yr. old. Coal was surrendered to the rescue by his owner who didn't want him anymore. When found he was living in dire circumstances in a small filthy pen with no covering or dog house and any food he got was thrown on the ground. Coal is with a foster family now and his foster mom reports that he is a big lover boy who eats up attention. Loves people, kids and other dogs. Coal is not fond of cats so no cats in his new home. For a dog who came from nothing Coal has a big heart and a happy spirit and would love to have a family of his own to love.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
