Hi my name is Buster and I am about 3 years old. I am an American Bulldog. I was found as a stray running around in Southern, IL with another little dog, my BF Spike and we were brought into a kill shelter. I am so lucky. When my BF got rescued the nice people at the shelter told them about me and my foster Mom said we can’t leave his friend behind so I got rescued out of the shelter. The shelter people named me Buster but as soon as I got to my foster home my foster Mom gave me whole bunch of names: Big Galoo, Lovebug, Lover Dog Marshmallow, Powder Puff and that’s right after meeting me! I am such a lovable boy. Well shucks, I am. I don’t know why I became a stray because I’m a really good boy. I don’t bark, I get along with other dogs, not food aggressive, house trained and am okay with cats. I walk great on the leash – I’m the perfect dog. I know SIT, DOWN and WAIT especially when there’s treats involved. I wait patiently when it’s treat time. I like to spend my days hanging out in my foster home with Spike and another little girl dog. She doesn’t like us boys but we stay out of her way. When my foster Mom is on the couch reading we get lap time, oh boy is that nice. My foster Mom thinks I would do best if I get a home with a fenced yard because she doesn’t want to see me as a stray again. Would you like to meet the best, lovable dog in the world? You would have to make arrangements with my foster Mom and come meet me! Kisses, Buster.
