My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet adoptable Gandalf (affectionately called Oliver in his foster home) - a young pup with an energetic personality contained in a small dog body! Gandalf is about 1.5 years old and we believe him to be a yorkie/chihuahua mix. Gandalf is a wonderful companion who loves to play tug of war with his toys and engage in never-ending games of fetch with the tennis balls. He loves to cuddle anywhere, but he would prefer cuddling in his owner's lap. He has a cute habit of gently 'pawing' you when he wants scratches on his head or any part of his body, and only wants to be loved. In the short time he has stayed with his foster parents, we've learned he thrives on belly rubs and back scratches. Gandalf is potty trained and is obedient on a leash. However, it has been determined he is anxious around big dogs and will get easily excited or frightened when in close proximity to them. But this may be easily overcome as he becomes more social in a playful environment! He is not a big barker, and for the most part is pretty quiet, which can be a plus for those who live in apartments / condos. Gandalf knows commands such as 'no', 'come here' and 'stop', but could use a little more disciplined training. Overall he is a wonderful little dog who only wants love and is very eager to please his people. If you are interested, please email bowwowrevolution@gmail.com!
