Tinte's Story...
Tinte (pronounced Tinta ) is a big, strong 20 month old German Shepherd Dog. He is a very sweet boy. Tinte lives with 6 other dogs and gets along with all of them. He likes to go for hikes and walks everyday. He will need a family with a nice yard in which to play. Tinte weighs 85 pounds currently and will probably fill out to about 95 pounds.

Tinte came into rescue injured. His back paw was run over by a large truck. He has had surgery to repair his paw. He does fine on walks and hikes but will NOT be a good jogging partner. He likes all toys. His favorite hobby is taking every toy out of the house and into the backyard. He rides nicely in the car. He will require a family that is familiar with the Shepherd bred. He is very intelligent. Tinte is current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinte, a Scottsdale German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
