IDGSR WELCOMES HAPPY INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!!!!
Happy is a young female German Shepherd mix that a woman rescued off the streets of Memphis several months ago. We have agreed to bring her into the rescue so she can find a family. She has been in boarding with our vet until she is adopted. Happy is REALLY happy! She is energetic but most of that is due to her being boarded. She is good with other dogs and people. Not cat tested yet. She will need to learn some manners and some basic commands which can be accomplished with training and that will also form a bond with the owner. For a young dog who had a rough start in life Happy is a sweetheart with a lot of love to give to a family of her own.

Each dog's adoption fee varies depending on the age of the dog.
$300 for any dog 1 year and younger (PUPPY
$250 for any dog 1-6 years (YOUNG & ADULT)
$200 for any dog 7 years (ADULT SENIOR)
All our adoptable dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing, monthly preventative, and have been spayed or neutered.
Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to meet the dogs. Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All dogs are fostered in TN unless stated otherwise.
