Wylie was found near a busy road on the Eastside, he had cuts, punctures, and was underweight. Wylie is around 7-8 months old, he's goofy, happy, and a real love bug even with all he endured. Wylie has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Now all he needs is his forever home.
