My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CAT ADOPTION ALERT: MORRIS– A LAID-BACK COUCH POTATO BUD

MORRIS is a four-year-old orange male cat. Morris was found wandering a residential neighborhood, and he was limping quite badly. The limp was caused by pain; in his struggle to survive outside Morris ran afoul of something that hurt him. His leg has healed, and Morris is quite content to be inside with humans, food and warmth. Morris is an observer, and loves to watch the hustle and bustle about him with bright and curious eyes.

When you stop to visit with Morris, he stands up quite tall and stretches completely, then ambles over to say “hello”. He’s very relaxed and sedate, and would be an ideal feline companion for those long winter nights…a comfortable couch, a good movie, and Morris curled next to you. He’s a sweetheart, and loves just hanging with his human.

At PAAWS RI, all of the cats that come into our care are spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, microchipping, and testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV.
