My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hurley was rescued from a high kill shelter when his owner was getting divorced and would no longer have a home. Hurley is good with other dogs and lived with cats; he really loves meeting new dogs and playing with them. He’s highly treat motivated so he is happy to sit, give you paw, and listens really well! He is housetrained and walks well on a leash. Hurley is currently only about 35 lbs and will need to gain a few pounds to fill out. We think he’s about 8-10 years old and some kind of Terrier Mix (he’s small in stature like a whippet though). Hurley was so scared when he was surrendered to the shelter (thankfully he was only there for half a day!) but really warmed up to us once he realized he was safe.
