Hello. My name is Penelope aka Penny. I am 10 months old (12/6/16) I am currently living with a nice family who often fosters for our local animal rescue. My foster family had decided to keep me. Unfortunately my family is now dealing with tremendous tragedy and can no longer care for me. I am mildly anxious and my foster Mom wants only the very best for me. I am house trained, crate trained, I love to run and frolic. I'm living in McComb, Mississippi, but the good folks at Animal Rescue Front will bring me up north to you and the trip is included in the adoption fee.
