Cletus's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Cletus's Story...
Cletus is a very happy go lucky red lab. He is approx. 1 years old. Cletus is outgoing and has the spunk that makes us think he would make a great running partner or even a great hunting dog for someone!! He loves people and treats! He does well keeping his kennel clean.

Cletus is a rescue through the Lightshine Canine rescue. This group rescues animals from the Pine Ridge and Rosebud Indian Reservations. Cletus did have an owner that took very good care of him on the Res.but, for unseen reasons had to surrender him to the rescue.

Cletus is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cletus, a Sauk Rapids Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sauk Rapids, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sauk Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sauk Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sauk Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sauk Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
