Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sage is a beautiful girl who is about 3 years old. She weighs 60 pounds and is a Lab mix, with the assumption that she has some Hound in her bloodline based on her facial features and her "pointing" stance when she is focused on something. Sage unfortunately had an owner who passed away and the family turned her into animal care services. Sage was pulled by the CARE rescue and went straight on her way to her foster home. Sage is the epitome of a family dog. she loves to be with her people, gets along well with other dogs, and just enjoys company. She is very flexible with how she wants to spend her day; whether it is sleeping for hours on the bed by her foster mom, or running around outside. For the most part, Sage is pretty low energy. She does get excited when her family first gets home, but other than that she is very chill, she prefers to watch the action and get attention. Sage is crate trained, potty trained, knows sit, dog and kid friendly, walks well on a leash, and is great at making herself feel at home. Goodness, can you find a dog any better than that? If you are looking for a wonderful dog to add to your family, Sage is definitely one to consider! Please contact our friends at CARE if you are interested in having this wonderful opportunity to add Sage to your bunch!
