Here's what the humans have to say about me:
King Leon....someone is missing out on a really great dog!! Yes, he is blind, but don't tell him that. He has no clue!!
Leon was left tied up in the hot sun for hours, with no food/water, nothing, before he was discovered. He has such a loving heart. His blindness is from two matured cataracts. Surgery is not a given to restore his sight, and is extremely expensive. It's estimated at over $6000. That being said, Leon has no idea he is blind. He learns his way quickly, walks with confidence, is very strong-on a leash he will drag you down the street. 100 lbs of rottie/shepherd in this loverboy.
He is fully vetted and heart worm negative and on all preventatives. He has a couple sensitive spots on his body and will growl softly only, when touched in these areas, primarily near his back end,
His forever home should not include young children who might hug him or pet him in those sensitive areas.
Very loyal, affectionate, loving, sweet.....house broken and has never been crated. Non destructive. Just a perfect companion for the right person.
