Tobias is looking for a foster home or better yet to be adopted! He is struggling with the shelter life and really needs out. He can be a little moody when being picked up, but otherwise seems fine. He loves treats!! He is a senior boy, about 10 years old, good with other dogs, but needs a home with no small children.
