My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eva is two years old, Belgian Malinois American Stafford terrier mix. She is house trained, does well with kids and other dogs, and she is ok when supervised with cats. She does like to chase them when she thinks you're not watching so please crate when you leave the house. Eva knows her basic commands Sit, stay, lay, come and shake. Eva is easily trained and is a quick learner. Eva is a medium girl that easily adjusts to her new surroundings
Eva is in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, and kids. Eva does great on car rides and loves to go where ever you are going. On the weekends you can find her hanging out at car shows, camping, going to Starbucks for a pup cup. Eva has never met anyone who didn't call her friend. Everyone who has met her loves to give her attention and complements how well behaved and trained she is.
Sweet Eva has had a rough first two years of life. Born into rescue October 2016 she watched her brothers and sisters grow and get adopted. While with her foster it was found that she had an issue with her growth plate where she needed surgery. Due to complications she ultimately lost her back leg.
Not long after, Eva was adopted by a wonderful woman named Michele. She met Eva at a car show and fell in love. Sadly Michele passed unexpectedly a few months ago with no word of where Eva was. Eva was found staying with an elderly lady who didn’t know where Eva belonged, thankfully she did some research to find her rescuers. (CCAA)
Eva is back with her original fosters she spent the first day just sleeping on her fosters chest, relieved to be in a home with someone she knows and trusts. Although her foster would love to keep her, she simply doesn’t have the room or funds to care for her permanently. We are asking you to please Share Eva and her story in the hopes that she finds a permenant home.
