Christopher's Story...
Christopher is one of 6 brothers born to Lorelai and brought to rescue to get out of a cold kennel. The father is unknown but mom is a lab mix. Fathers could vary amongst the litter as there were several males on the property. He appears to be a yellow lab mix and is oh so cute! He is a 12 week old baby that deserves his forever home. He is so sweet and gentle for a puppy!

If interested in meeting and adopting, please visit forbellessake.org for the adoption application. The standard adoption fee is $175. All residents are vetted to include spay/neuter, vaccinations, dewormings, and microchip as well as any other known medical needs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Christopher, a Minot Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Minot, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Minot.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minot already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minot breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minot paves the way for another one to be saved.
