Tootsie aka 'Toots' Is a very shy and quiet girl. She was found as a stray and it took several days and volunteers to catch her. We are not sure what landed her on the streets all alone but we sure are glad she is safe now! Toots is working on trusting humans and learning we are all not so bad. She does just fine with other dogs, but kids and loud noises frighten her. Right now Toots is still considered a 'flight risk' due to this she needs a that will be very patient and dilligent with her saftey. Toots is already fitting in well in her foster home and with a little love and patience she will become the perfect companion.
