6/6/17 Update:  Hi, my name is Bailey but I'd rather be called 'Bella' because I am a real beauty! I am a gentle girl who loves to cuddle. I am awesome and you know why? My eyes change color! Sometimes they are yellow and other times they are green. So we never know what is the colors of my magic eyes. I am looooove bug and adore watching the birds at the window. Often I sing for them, but they have no interest in me!

I sing for my foster parents and that works well; they talk back to me and pet me with love. If they stop petting me I make sure they keep going by grabbing their hands with my paws and giving them a big kiss.... I am telling you I am a love bug and love to play with my cat toys too! I am a sweet pearl and my fur is so soft that it feel like silk.

I also love to play with my housemate kitty. He's a little younger than me, but we love a friendly wrestling match. The dogs don't bother me much and I don't mind them at all. I get along with everyone!

5/29/17 Update: Bailey is doing fantastic !  She is a love bug and love love to be pet. When I nap she come sleeping on my feet. Love the dogs and love to be with another cat. She is gentle and need to be care d for with gentleness.

2/5/17 Update from the foster mom: Bailey is giving us more. each day... She comes up to greet us and wants some attention. She is a great fur ball and so gentle. If you play with her she becomes more open to you and starts to trust that you only want to give her a good home forever.

12/7/16 Bailey is a beautiful, fluffy tailed older kitten who just arrived from a shelter.  I used to have a Havana Brown cat with golden eyes and a coat so dark he looked black except in bright light, and Bailey has that same coloring. She is spayed, vaccinated, and tested FeLV/FIV negative.

Bailey and Beau were shy but friendly kittens turned in to a southern shelter. Unfortunately Beau died suddenly, and then Bailey was diagnosed with ringwom so had to be isolated for about 6 weeks while being treated, then was transported here in a van full of other animals, then had her spay surgery after arriving.  She is now physically recovered, but it's been hard on her emotionally and she was very scared when she first arrived. Although still skittish when approached, she will settle in her foster mom's lap and purr when picked up, so she finally recovering from her experience.

About TreeTops Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are
TreeTops Animals Rescue is an animal adoption organization dedicated to placing unwanted animals into caring permanent homes. We do not have a central shelter to visit, because our volunteers foster these animals in our homes, which allows us to give you an accurate description of each animal's needs and personality. We are incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of PA and have applied for 501c3 status
process includes completing an adoption applic

Volunteering
TreeTops is an all volunteer organization and more hands are always needed. If you can foster a dog or cat, help with transports, check applications, assist with the website, organize publicity, do fundraising, or help in any other ways, please go to our website at www.TreeTopsRescue.org and fill out a volunteer application. Working together we can save more!

Donations
It costs money to rescue an animal and many of our rescued pets need special care such as extended medical treatment or extra time and socialization to recover from severe neglect or abuse. For all these reasons, no rescue can fully support itself on only the money from adoption fees. Please consider donating to help us continue to rescue wonderful but currently unwanted animals. All donations are tax deductible and can be made though PayPal, credit card, or check at www.TreeTopsRescue.org. Our animals thank you!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Once or twice a month we try and hold Meet & Greet events at which people can come meet some of the dogs and cats we have available for adoption. Pets CANNOT be adopted at this event, but you can get to know the animals, talk to the foster parents, and get information about adoption or volunteering.

To arrange individual meetings with our foster dogs in their foster homes, we do need a an approved application.

Please see our website at www.treetopsrescue.org for a list of upcoming events, for more information, or to complete an application.

Our Adoption Process...

Adopting a friend
Our application process includes completing an adoption application, checking references, a meeting of the entire family with the animal, and a home visit. Because of this process, adoptions must be local (within a reasonable driving distance) and animals cannot be shipped. Please visit our website at www.TreeTopsRescue.org to read about our rescue, our Adoption Policies, and how to Volunteer or make Donations. Applications to adopt and volunteer are available online or to download.
