Beanie's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Beanie's Story...
Beanie is a sweet schnauzer mix who found himself at the shelter severely matted! We got him to our vet and cleaned him up and he's now settling into the good life! He's around 3-5 years old and 25 lbs! He's a super laid back boy! He's slightly timid upon meeting but is very sweet. He walks well on a leash. He's been started on house and kennel training. He does well with other dogs. He's utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered!

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beanie, a Grand Bay Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
