Marion's Story...
You will not find a cuter dog than Marion! Marion is an adorable but very shy little girl who is about 2 years old and about 20 pounds. Her siblings are mostly wire hair terriers but Marion ended up with long, silky locks.

Marion loves being outside and is at her best when she is around other dogs. She has mastered house training and sleeps through the night in her crate. Marion enjoys getting baths and being brushed but does startle easily so she would really like a quite, calm household. A fenced yard is a must for this beautiful girl!

Adoption fee $250, apply to adopt at causeforcanines.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marion, a Columbus Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
