Kandey's Story...
Kandey is a peppy 8 year old 15 pound Chihuahua. She's very good with other dogs, cats and kids! Kandey is absolutely obsessed with blankets, she enjoys getting under them and being tucked in every night! She's a huge fan of tiny stuffed animals she will play fetch anytime, but she is also content to Netflix and chill. She is crate trained and if you say "I'm going bye-bye" she will run to her cage and wait for you to close the door and give her a treat. She is house trained though so it's not necessary.
Kandey loves people, when she goes for walks she will be right at your footsteps looking up every once in a while to give you a smile. Kandey will bark to alert you when company comes but with one simple word "done" she knows she's done her job and stops! This little gal is perfection!
Kandey's adoption fee is $195

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kandey, a Columbus Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
