Facts about Milo

  • Breed: German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Milo is a handsome young black German Shepherd and possibly Border Collie mix looking for a fun loving family to call his own. Milo is still a young boy, born about February of 2015. He is a bit underweight but once he fills out will be around 40-45lbs probably.

Milo is such a great dog, he loves to run around in the back yard playing with his doggie friends. He is not the biggest fan of tiny children but he really does love people, especially guys. We have not cat tested Milo so we cannot say if he would be good with cats or not.

About Cause for Canines

About Our Rescue Group...

Cause for Canines is a volunteer based all-breed dog rescue founded in Central Ohio.

We are committed to the rescue of homeless dogs, dogs given up by their owners due to difficult circumstances or those in danger of abuse or neglect, and dogs in shelters that are at risk of euthanasia.

Our mission is to find safe, loving, committed and permanent homes for the dogs we take into rescue.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Many of our adoptable dogs and puppies attend Mingle with Our Mutts at the Franklin Co Dog Shelter and various adoption events around Columbus, Ohio

Our Adoption Process...

Our fees depend on age of pet but include all relevant shots, vetting, micro-chip and spay/neuter unless a vet recommends not doing.

We do require a contract, home and vet check. All animals currently in your home must also be spayed/neutered unless a vet recommends otherwise.
