Hi my name is Charlie. I am a very playful 1.5-year-old hound mix. I really love people and other dogs. If you need a mid-size handsome looking boy, I could be your guy. I am a little skinny right now weighing in at 37 lbs. but the folks at BCAR are taking good care of me so I am sure they will get me to normal weight soon.
