My name is Boots, can you guess why? I'm looking for a home but until then I’m living with 4 cats and 3 other dogs and I get along with them all. I’m a follower not a leader and I don’t mind admitting that. I will even let my foster sister Olivia steal treats from me. She’s my playmate and we play and play until we’re ready for a nap. But I can get barky sometimes if someone else goes first. I’ve overheard my foster mom say I’m very smart and she’s teaching me the word “quiet.” I already know a few words and I love to go for walks on leash. I’m very curious and I find squirrels are the most interesting thing ever! I'm an energetic boy and I think I would like to have a family with kids. Kids are so much fun. I was found as a stray and had a terrible time at the pound but since then I’ve been nothing but a happy guy. I like to give kisses and affection to my foster mom. At night my favorite place to sleep is as close to her as I can get! I can’t wait until I get my own home, preferable with other dogs and people to hang out with!
